Our ground truths are that representation is fundamental to any Republic, and that quality representation requires two-way education and power.
Our purpose is invoking all forms of Representation daily, weekly, and monthly through our three pillars of professional, elect, and sovereign professional gameplay.
Our mission is to educate professionals and citizens about their roles as representatives and the represented.

Our sister organization, the No Cap Fund, a 501(c)(4) organization authorized to take more direct action on the quality of representation in the U.S. House, but donations over there are not deductible for individuals.

Walter D. Clapp

Walter is an attorney, entrepreneur, and inventor. Walter first learned about our lack of Representation and the failed First Amendment while clerking for the U.S. Senate in his last year of law school. He believes, as did George Washington, that freedom of speech must be used to elect good and adequate representation in our House.@why435 on X, @wdclapp everywhere else.

Jeff Mayhugh
Vice President
Jeff Mayhugh is a Christian, husband, and father of five. After building a small business and a family, Jeff decided to dig into history. He discovered the problem of the capped House, and he decided to get involved, volunteering for local campaigns and running for office. He is a contributor in The Hill, Newsweek, and The Blaze. Roger Scott
Treasurer - Board Member
Roger Scott has served for more than thirty years in various finance, accounting, and strategy leadership roles for some of the largest, most well-known firms on the planet, including AT&T and FedEx. Roger currently operates as a consulting accountant, serving as fractional CFO or Controller for client companies across the country. He has been married for 35 years and is proud to claim parentage of two adult children. -

Tyler Syck
Board Member
Tyler Syck is an Assistant Professor at the University of Pikeville. His research interests include: American Political Development, American Political Thought, Political Ideologies, Local Democracy, Social Institutions, and Roman Political History. He holds a Ph.D. in Government from the University of Virginia.
